The National Congress of American Indians hears an update from the Tribal Supreme Court Project on October 14, 2021.

Formed in 2001 in response to a series of U.S. Supreme Court cases that negatively affected tribal sovereignty, the Tribal Supreme Court Project promotes coordination and addresses strategy on litigation that affects Indian Country. The project is jointly run with the Native American Rights Fund.
