Martin James Goggles, a member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming, is accused of stabbing a boy in the face with a knife.

Goggles allegedly threatened the boy and his brother with the knife on September 13. After the brother went to find help, Goggles allegedly cut the victim, causing a serious wound that had to be treated at an area hospital.

The victim and his brother, whose ages are not disclosed, said the incident arose after they had been drinking with Goggles and other adults. It occurred at the Beaver Creek housing development.

Goggles is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm. He has been placed under an order that prevents him from contacting the victim or any witnesses in the case.
