The Muckleshoot Tribe of Washington says it is trying to improve access to its popular concert arena.
The 20,000-seat White River Amphitheatre attracts a number of big-name concerts. But it can take a few hours to get there due to large amounts of traffic on one-lane and two-lane roads.
The tribe started a shuttle service, created a new traffic plan and made other changes in hopes of relieving the jams. Some residents say they are fed up with all the noise and the cars.
