URGENT: White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Rescinds Guidance on Freeze to Federal Financial Assistance

The Trump administration’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) rescinded a memo that had temporarily paused federal funding, following widespread confusion and legal challenges. Tribes and TDHEs should now be able to access their federal financial assistance.
