The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes are threatening to terminate a contract with the main builder at its casino in Idaho, KPVI reports.

According to a letter obtained by the station, Ormond Builders has been in breach of contract for the $35 million expansion project. Unless fixes are made, the contract will be ended in less than three weeks.

The project involves connecting the Fort Hall Casino to the adjacent Shoshone-Bannock Hotel and Event Center. The facility will be known as the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel once the work is complete, possibly by the end of the summer, The Idaho Business Review reported.
