Casino agreement with Calif. tribe ruled legal

A California judge on Thursday ruled that a county's revenue-sharing agreement with the Coast Miwok Tribe does not violate environmental law. $P Opponents of the $200 million deal argued that Sonoma County failed to conduct an environmental analysis of the tribe's project. But the judge said the agreement was merely a funding mechanism that did not approve the planned casino and hotel.
