The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to rehear the Northern Arapaho Tribe's Class III gaming case.
A three-judge panel unanimously ruled last November that the tribe is entitled to offer all forms of Class III gaming. The court held that the state negotiated in bad faith for a tribal-state compact. The state says the tribe is limited to a handful of Class III games, but not slot machines.
