Opponents of tribal gaming in Maine are being accused of racism by representatives of the Penobscot Nation and the Passamaquoddy Tribe.
The tribes are seeking passage of a bill to allow them to open a racetrack with slot machines. Voters legalized slot machines last year. But some lawmakers, Gov.
