A man was found with more than three ounces of methamphetamine in the parking lot of the casino owned by the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians of California.
Steven Leon Colvin was booked on charges of suspicion of possessing methamphetamine for sale, carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a firearm while committing a felony and two misdemeanor charges.
