The supervisor in Contra Costa County, California, is calling for residents to vote on whether they want urban casinos in the Bay Area.
The Lytton Band of Pomo Indians operates a Class II facility in the Bay Area. Two more tribes have proposed casinos nearby. Supervisor John Gioia said gaming will only cause problems.
