The investor, Stephen Panzarella, slapped the tribe with a lawsuit charging the Indian government with breach of contract and extortion. The suit alleges the tribe tried to sell the casino boat covertly in a deal that would have allowed the Lac du Flambeau to invest in a proposed casino in Mississippi while leaving its non-Indian investors in dry dock."
