Seven former employees of the Thunder Valley Casino in northern California are continuing to press their harassment and bias case against the casino and the United Auburn Indian Community.
The ex-employees, all women, say they suffered sexual and were victims of age and sex discrimination. They accuse the tribe of failing to protect their civil rights. The women filed suit in county court but it was dismissed on sovereign immunity grounds. They want another chance to prove they have a right to sue the tribe and the casino. Get the Story:
