The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians is planning to release an economic impact study of its proposed off-reservation casino in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
The tribe is working with Guy Useldinger, a local developer. He says that development surrounding the casino will generate $4 million in property taxes for the city.
