The Confederated Grande Ronde Tribes plan to run more against that criticize Gov. Ted Kulongoski (D) for agreeing to an off-reservation casino.
The tribe ran ads against Kulongoski and Republican Kevin Mannix prior to the recent Democratic and Republican primaries. Kulongoski barely squeaked by while Mannix blames his loss on the anti-casno ads.
Kulongoski signed a compact with the Warm Springs Tribes for an off-reservation casino about 105 miles from the reservation.
