The Narragansett Tribe and partner Harrah's Entertainment are promising $20 million a year to the town of West Warwick for hosting a casino.
The tribe and Harrah's say the town will receive gaming and real-estate taxes from the casino. But local leaders say a final deal hasn't been reached.
