Arizona's gaming tribes contributed more than $25.5 million to the state in the last four months.
The payment was 17 percent higher than the $21.8 million the tribe made during the same time period last year. But tribal and Indian gaming leaders say the increase doesn't necessarily mean the tribal gaming industry is growing. They say the higher payment can be attributed to the state's strong economy.
