Legislation to amend the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act isn't likely to pass this year, according to Copley News Service.
Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona) is sponsoring S.2078, a bill to overhaul IGRA by limiting off-reservation casinos and giving more authority to federal regulators.
