An anti-gaming group in Michigan says it won't stop trying to prevent the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians from opening a casino.
Citizens Exposing Truth About Casinos filed a new lawsuit on Thursday. The suit claims the tribe can't use 79 acres of an initial reservation for a casino. The Bureau of Indian Affairs has agreed to take the land into trust. The tribe qualifies for the newly recognized exception in Section 20 of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. Get the Story:
