The Jamul Tribe of California finalized the environmental impact report on its $200 million casino.
The tribe plans to start construction on the casino and parking structure within the next four to six weeks. A hotel is also in the works, but won't be developed until the casino has been open for at least two years. The casino is located on the tribe's six-acre reservation.
