The Lytton
Band of Pomo Indians is in discussions with a labor union that represents casino employees.
Unite Here Local 2850 represents about 270 employees at the San Pablo Lytton Casino. According to Bay Area News Group, they are seeking higher wages and more protections when they need to address health and family issues.
The union previously won a National Labor Relations Board
