A former employee of the Sac
and Fox Nation in Kansas was sentenced to five years probation for stealing from the tribe's casino.
Donald
M. Collins, 32, was the former manager of the players club at the Sac and Fox Casino. He
admitted that he created counterfeit players cards that caused $30,766 in losses
at the facility, U.S. Attorney Tom Beall said in a press release.
Collins pleaded guilty to one count of embezzlement and theft from an Indian tribal organization.
