Indians held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday for a new restaurant at one of its casinos.
The Bakery at Silver Star Hotel and Casino offers fresh food, coffee and a variety of baked goods. It's open Sunday through Thursday from 5am to 11pm and Friday and Saturday from 5am to 12am.
“We are thrilled to have an opportunity to open another restaurant for our guests to enjoy,” Holly Gagnon, who will be leaving her position as president and CEO of the Pearl River Resort, later this month, said in a press release.
