Local and federal authorities are investigating a death on the Jamul Indian Village
of California.
According to news reports, a 65-year-old construction died at the site of the tribe's $360 million casino. He fell from from the 38-foot platform at the top of a man lift, 10News said.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is on the scene, according to news reports. The agency investigates workplace incidents.
In January, another worker died at the site after suffering a heart attack, 10News reported.
