The Oneida Nation of
New York is still working on a $100 million shopping center at it main gaming facility.
The tribe announced the 250,000 square-foot center at the Turning Stone Resort Casino last November. Work was supposed to begin this spring, with an eye toward a fall 2016 opening.
“The project is currently in leasing and pre-development with more announcements to be forthcoming shortly,” the tribe told The Rome Sentinel when asked about the project.
The tribe has been busy with other projects in the meantime. The $20 million Yellow Brick Road
Casino opened to large crowds earlier this month.
