An employee of the casino owned by the Puyallup Tribe of Washington got his wedding band back on Wednesday.

Pedro Panela, 79, lost the ring last week when he went to work at the Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel. He was heartbroken because he recently lost his wife to cancer.

But someone returned the band after seeing a report on Q13 Fox News. “Oh, I’m so happy,” Panela told the station.

The tribe and Crime Stoppers offered a reward but it wasn't reported whether the ring was returned in connection with the offer.
