The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria in California is expected to pay off a $200 million pre-development loan thanks to strong returns from its new gaming facility.

The tribe still owes about $48 million to Station Casinos, which is managing the Graton Resort and Casino. But the firm's chief financial officer expects the loan to be paid in full before the end of the year, Howard Stutz reported for Casino City Times.

The $825 million casino opened in November 2013. In just the first three months of 2014, it saw $101 million in net revenue, according to a May 8 regulatory filing.

Station Casinos earned $7.4 million in management fees from the casino.
