The Passamaquoddy Tribe of Maine will once again be asking for voters to approve a casino.
Voters have rejected the tribe at least twice even as they approved non-Indian gaming facilities. But this time the tribe hopes to limit the ballots to the economically-depressed Washington County. "We still hope to turn the world around a little bit," Gov. R. Clayton Cleaves of the Passamaquoddy Tribe at Pleasant Point, told WCSH.
