Officials in Shawano County, Wisconsin, are considering whether to develop standards for the use of tribal gaming revenues.
The county receives about $82,000 a year from the Ho-Chunk Nation, The Shawano Leader reports. Right now, the money goes into a capital improvement fund."We could not find anywhere where this money was supposed to go to," county supervisor Sandy Steinke told the paper. "There's no policy or guidelines."
