UltimatePoker.Com is restricted to gamblers who are actually in Nevada. Players also must be at least 21 years of age. The site is running for a 30-day trial period. The Nevada Gaming Control Board will gather comments to help determine whether the Nevada Gaming Commission will allow the site to operate permanently.
