The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria will pay at least $9 million a year, and up to $38 million a year, to Sonoma County to address impacts of its casino.
The $9 million is a base payment that includes law enforcement, infrastructure and other mitigation fees. The tribe also agreed to share 15 percent of net gaming earnings for the first seven years and 12 percent thereafter. The agreement will be taken up at a county meeting tomorrow. Get the Story:
