Cherokee Nation breaks ground on $52M gaming expansion

The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma broke ground on a $52 million expansion project at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa.

The tribe is adding a third tower to the facility. The 10-story structure will feature 100 suites, bringing the total number of hotel rooms to 456.

The expansion also adds more than 55,000 square feet of entertainment and gaming space to the casino.
