The Ute Tribe and the town of Dinosaur, Colorado, approved a pre-development agreement for an off-reservation casino.
The tribe and the town are sharing the costs of a $100,000 feasibility study. Both sides agreed to a potential site that could be included in a future land-into-trust application. The tribe's reservation is primarily located in Utah. However, a portion reached into Colorado and end about two miles from Dinosaur.
