A developer who is working with the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut hopes to secure the last gaming license in New York.
Louis Cappelli wants Mohegan Gaming Advisors to run a gaming facility at the Concord Resort in the Catskills. The license would allow up to 2,100 video lottery terminals.
