The Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians and Sonoma County, California, agreed to changes in the tribe's gaming agreement.
The tribe agreed to maintain restrictions on the sale of liquor at the River Rock Casino. This provision runs until 2015. The tribe will continue to pay $3.5 million a year to the county. The tribe will pay a higher annual rate if plans for a larger casino go through. The county agreed to let the tribe wait until June 2012 to finish an emergency access road to the casino.
