Two men have been charged with using stolen debit card numbers to rack up wins at the casino owned by the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians in California.
Hung D. Nguyen, 32, and Eric Hoang, 28, used the stolen card numbers to purchase $25,000 in gift cards at the Pechanga Resort & Casino. They used the cards to gamble at the casino, causing a loss of about $50,000 to the tribe. The man also face charges in federal court for using stolen debit card numbers at casinos in Las Vegas.
