A Michigan man continues to gather signatures for an off-reservation casino in Lansing even though no tribe has expressed interest in the idea.
Ted O’Dell of the Lansing Jobs Coalition says a temporary casino could be up and running by December. "This has taken off like a wildfire," he told The Lansing State Journal. Michigan is home to over 20 tribal casinos and non-Indian gaming facilities. The tribal-state Class III compact requires all tribes to agree to an off-reservation casino. Get the Story:
