Two council members in Buffalo, New York, say the Seneca Nation isn't living up to its end of an off-reservation casino agreement.
The tribe opened a temporary Buffalo Creek Casino in July 2007. Plans for a permanent facility have been held back due to economic concerns and some city leaders say it's time to consider a lawsuit. "They made promises they didn’t keep," council member Michael P. Kearns told The Buffalo News. The tribe already faced litigation over the legality of gaming at the site. Get the Story:
