The Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma has withdrawn a request for a racetrack license from the Texas Racing Commission.
The tribe's subsidiary, Global Gaming Solutions, bought the Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie for $47.8 million at a bankruptcy auction.
