Eight people have been indicted in state court for allegedly stealing more than $102,000 from the casino owned by the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians of California.
Joan Elizabeth Pickron, a former employee of the Sho-Ka-Wah Casino, and seven others allegedly manipulated slot machines. Authorities said they stole the money between March 2007 and October 2008. The tribe participated in the investigation. Get the Story:
