Sean Barnard, the general manager for the casino owned by the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians of Michigan, resigned on Monday.
Barnard wouldn't tell The Petoskey News-Review why he left his post at the Odawa Casino Resort, though he said he wanted to take some time off. "It's been a real pleasure and privilege working with the tribe, and I have only good memories," he told the paper. The tribe has been trying to restructure about $122 million in casino-related debt.
