The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians of Michigan will hold a hearing to consider the removal of a tribal gaming commissioner.
Nathaniel Spurr is one of five gaming commissioners. He's also the son of Chairwoman Laura Spurr. Spurr's attorney said she doesn't know why the tribal council wants to remove her client from the post. The council appoints all the members of the gaming commission.
