The Seminole Tribe and Florida Gov. Charlie Crist (R) are reportedly close to an agreement for a Class III gaming compact.
The tribe and Crist face an August 31 to reach a deal. Prior news reports highlighted the tribe's concerns with revenue-sharing and the lack of exclusivity for Class III games. “My understanding is that it’s going pretty well,” Crist told WCTV of the talks.
