Greektown Casino-Hotel, the commercial casino owned by the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Michigan, reported a 24.83 percent increase in revenues in July 2009.
The casino took in $31.32 million last month, up from $25.42 million in July 2008. It was only Detroit facility to report an increase in revenues. After entering bankruptcy proceedings last year, the tribe has opened a hotel and the facility and has promoted the casino as a value-priced destination. Get the Story:
