The National Indian Gaming Commission won't say whether it is investigating the Yakama Nation of Washington.
But a spokesperson for the Yakama Legends Casino said the NIGC visited the reservation after the tribe distributed $2,000 in gaming profits to its members last December. The tribe lacks a federally-approved revenue allocation plan, the spokesperson said. Amid the dispute, the general manager for the casino resigned.
