Gaming revenues are up but the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe of Washington is still feeling the effects of the economy.
The tribe 7 Cedars Casino saw a 15 percent increase in visitors from October 2007. The month was the fourth-best since its opening. But plans for a seven-story hotel and conference center at the casino have been slightly delayed due to economic conditions.
