The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan has seen a decline in revenues at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, based on the payments made to local governments.
The tribe distributes 2 percent of revenues twice a year to local governments. According to The Mt. Pleasant Morning Sun, the latest batch of payments is down 14 percent from a year ago. The tribe distributed more than $3.1 million on Tuesday. Get the Story:
