The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved the Oneida Nation's revenue allocation plan to distribute $88 million in gaming revenues.
Tribal members under 62 will receive $5,000 while those over 62 will receive $10,000. The tribe has more than 16,000 members. Under its revenue allocation plan, Wisconsin tribe set aside about 46 percent of net gaming revenues for per capita payments.
