CNIGA to hold membership meeting, election

Thursday, December 6, 2007

The California Nations Indian Gaming Association is in San Diego today for its membership meeting and election.

Chairman Anthony Miranda, a member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians, hasn't decided whether to seek re-election. If he doesn't run, San Pasqual Chairman Alan Lawson is expected to run.

CNIGA will consider a proposal to raise minimum annul dues from $650 to either $5,000 or $10,000.
