A disbarred lawyer pleaded not guilty in connection with the transfer of nearly $500,000 from a tribal casino.
Christopher Moen is accused of failing to file campaign finance reports. State prosecutors say he used money from the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate Tribe’s casino to finance a group that sought to repeal video poker in South Dakota.
