The tribe wants 100 acres in Jackson County placed in trust for gaming purposes. The site is more than 200 miles from the reservation. "If for some stupid reason the Bureau of Indian Affairs agrees to it, I will not approve it. As long as I'm governor, it won't happen," Barbour told WLOX.
